default, Yahoo mail can't send a file larger than 25 MB to your contacts. But
since 2012/2013, Yahoo Mail permits the sending of a large file or quite
crucial with the institution of a Dropbox account.
Step

Create
a brand new email
A
window asks you to confirm your request clicking on the blue OK button.
The first screen at first offers one
to create a Dropbox account, but as you already have one, click under the
REGISTER button and then click on CONNECT. Another display prompts you to
insert your login credentials to your Dropbox account. Click on CONNECT!

right corner, an extra message will appear to permanently associate Dropbox and
Yahoo! Click ASSOCIATE.

Add
a Dropbox file into a Yahoo Email
Within
your accounts window, browse to your folder and file tree and choose the file
to send. The document type can be of any kind (image/movie/ pdf / ppt...)! But
favor an already compressed file for large files or many files. A compressed
folder (.ZIP / .7zip) will be optimized either by weight and in its data
structure.
The
name of this file appears in the body of your email in a light gray frame
that's known as link trailer with the reference shared from Dropbox.
Write your email and send it to your contact.
How can your email
appear with your attachment to your contact?
Your recipient receives an email with a link on the
document to download. He will need to click on this link and click on the
Download button! He'll find as usual the downloaded document in his download
folder on his computer. Your recipient won't have to create a Dropbox account
to download the document.
